Troubleshooting email not sending from Xcelerate
Sometimes when you are sending an email to someone not involved with the file you will have to manually enter the address in. When doing so you will need to ensure that there is a grey box around the email address before sending. The easiest way to do this is by clicking enter after inputting the email address. See below for the differences between having the box around the email and not.
