At times users may get an error page when clicking on an Encircle link from the file. Due to the integration type, Encircle will update the URL and the file will have to be re-synced.

To resolve this you will need to navigate to the documents tab in the file. From there you will locate the Encircle sync button and click that to update the link between the Xcelerate file and Encircle.
