Scheduling for the entire team is easy on the go! This article will cover scheduling for the team through the mobile app.
From the main screen of the app click on the main menu in the top left corner.
Click on team schedule.
To create a new appointment, click on the plus sign in the bottom right corner
Enter the information for the event as desired including selecting the appropriate file, type of visit, assigned employee(s), dates, times and additional details about the visit.
Once entered, click save
This is viewable for the assigned employee under ‘my schedule’ and within the ‘team schedule’
