Problem: Not seeing all the files that should be associated with a CRM contact. Solution: Need to toggle Referred Files and Files (Files contact is associated with). Need to toggle Open and Closed Files.
After accessing the Contact Card for People or Organization you will see the above view. This is showing the Referred Files that are Open.
To view the Closed (Past) Referred Files or Files the Contact is associated with you would look the right of the card to toggle Open and Closed.
