Add your file number to Quickbooks Desktop manually so financial data will sync properly into Xcelerate
QuickBooks Desktop is organized into Customers and files. Files are created similarly to sub-customers and are located below the customer. For Example:
To add a job to an existing customer, right-click and click add job:
Make sure the "Job Name" is the Xcelerate File Number. It is best practice to copy and paste this from Xcelerate to ensure accuracy.
Done! Data will now sync to Xcelerate exactly as if Xcelerate synced the Job to QBD.
