Creating a Custom Job Report PDF

Customize a job report to quickly be able to send notes, documents, pictures and more to customers and insurance carriers & adjusters.

REPORT CREATION

 Once logged into your unique Xcelerate environment click on Files & select the file you would like to create a job report for 

Within the file click PDF:

Select desired information to include in the report:

REPORT COMPONENTS

 

 

Customer Details:

Will include all customer information such as name, address insurance information, and contact information

 

 

 

 

 

Photos:     Options to include all selected photos or to exclude them completely. 3rd party photos can also be included

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Milestones: Includes dates the milestones have been completed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notes: Option to include all, select notes as desired or to exclude entirely.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Documents: This also allows you to include all, select desired documents or exclude. Documents could include Work Authorizations, customized Xcelerate Forms, estimates, invoices & more!

 

 

 

 DOWNLOADING

Once a PDF has been generated it can be downloaded directly to your device

 

It will appear in the document section of the Xcelerate file.
