How to connect Xcelerate to Birdeye for Restoration 1 Franchises
Reach out to Restoraton 1 Corporate (Stellar Service Brands) to receive your API token. This will be sent to Birdeye, and they will connect the Birdeye account for you.
Once completed, customer information for review requests will be sent to Birdeye automatically.
When Is A Review Request Sent to Birdeye?
For a job file to be sent to Birdeye for a customer review, the COC (Actual Compleon Date) needs to be marked inside of Xcelerate AND the customer email address must be stored on the job file.
How Can I tell If A Review Request Was Sent to Birdeye in Xcelerate?
You can verify which job files would have been sent to Birdeye by looking at a job report (or the file list) with the COC date & email as columns. Here is a screenshot:
The customer information would have been sent to Birdeye on the date & and time listed in the COC (Actual Completon Date) column if an email address exists for that customer.
Keep in mind that ONLY jobs that have a COC marked AFTER the integration becomes active will be sent. Jobs that have a COC date marked before the integration will not be sent.
Do I have to mark the COC (Actual Compleon Date) manually every time?
No, you do not. While you always have the opon to mark it manually on both web & mobile, there are many ways that this date/milestone will be entered by simply doing acvies in Xcelerate:
1. Updating the Job File Status to any stage beyond Production will mark the COC milestone for
you, automatically. This can be done on the Web or Mobile:
2. Uploading a Certificate of Completon into the Documents in Xcelerate will automatcally mark
the COC milestone for you.
3. Having the customer complete a Certificate Of Completion form in Xcelerate, or sending it via Email and having the customer sign, will complete the COC milestone automatically.
4. Completing a task in Xcelerate that marks the COC milestone
5. Getting a Certificate of Completion signed in Encircle will automatically mark the COC milestone in Xcelerate
