      Encircle Integration

      Learn how to integrate Xcelerte with Encircle

      The Xcelerate Onboarding team has likely taken care of this integration for you. If you are setting up this integration later on you can utilize these integration steps to set up your Encircle Integration or contact support@xlrestorationsoftware.com

      Please Note: You must be an administrator within Xcelerate to complete this integration.

      1. Follow the instructions to create a Bearer Token within Encircle.

      2. Once completed in an alternative tab open Xcelerate and navigate to Admin>Integrations
      3.  Click Edit next to Encircle 
      4. In the token field type the word Bearer and paste in the token generated from Encircle. Set the status to Active & and ensure the ‘Send New Encircle Claims to Xcelerate' box is checked if you wish to have Jobs created within Encircle sent to Xcelerate. Click Update
      5. That’s it! Your Encircle is now connected.
